Our history begins in the heart of rural old country Italy. Where the love of great cheese began five generations ago.
In 1970 Vincenzo Aiello and family brought the Art and tradition of Italian cheese making to Canada. Later in 1979 Vincenzo Aiello launched the beginning of Parmx Cheese Company. His vision was to bring morale and ethical values to the business community and continue his love for cheese making.
Over the years we have grown and expanded. The flavour of cheese available has broadened and our perspective of utilizing cheese is basically the same as it was years ago. Our advancement into new product development has proven to be a huge step towards the future of cheese.
We are a Federally registered plant, HACCP NSF-GFTC certified, member of the Alberta Food Processors Association and we are also Exporters.
